Volunteering with CASA
If so, you must provide, together with this application, all information regarding rules and requirements for the academic internship/funding from the institution granting you credit or funds, as well as the name and contact information of the person who will approve the credit/funds. Please note: CASA may be unable to comply with medical clinical rotations or other programs that require a certain level and number of patient visits, care or hours in the clinic/maternity hospital.
