We have produced this manual with all women in Mexico in mind, but primarily those who have received or will receive services from the CASA Maternity Clinic, which belongs to the nonprofit CASA and provides free and low-cost services with a comprehensive approach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We would like to thank Dr. Francisco Posadas Robledo, Dr. Ana Mar\u00eda Carrillo Fargo, and midwives Sabrina Speich von Escher, Ximena Rojas Garc\u00eda, and Kate Formeta for their invaluable assistance in preparing this document, and our volunteer Alejandro Gonz\u00e1lez Rullan.
