Mobile Library

Books in motion,
knowledge without borders

In 2018, thanks to a donation from the Rotary Club, at CASA AC, we know that not all communities have easy access to a library, but we also know that books can travel. That's why, with our Mobile Library, we bring the magic of reading to where it's most needed.

Our Mobile Library is a traveling space designed to reach rural communities, neighborhoods with limited access to educational resources, and public spaces where reading can make a difference. Through this program, we transport books, cultural activities, and reading promotion workshops directly to plazas, parks, schools, and community centers, ensuring that no one misses out on the opportunity to discover the power of a good book.

But we don't just carry books; we also develop readers and create unforgettable experiences. Through storytelling, reading circles, creative workshops, and literary games, we seek to help children, young people, and adults not only read, but also experience reading in a fun, interactive, and meaningful way. These activities foster imagination, critical thinking, and a love of books, offering an enriching experience that transcends the pages.

In addition, we provide training and support to reading facilitators in each community, ensuring that the Mobile Library's impact continues beyond our visits. We support teachers, volunteers, and families in the process of creating spaces where books are accessible and a part of the community's daily life.
