Daycare
We welcome children from 45 days old to 3 years old, in a warm environment that promotes their comprehensive development.
At the Child Development Center, children learn more than reading and counting: with their teachers' support, they also grow school gardens, observe nature, recycle, and care for plants.
We encourage independence, confidence, and skills through play and educational activities. Children also receive three balanced meals and two snacks each day.
We currently support 141 families, 34.78% of which are headed by single mothers. Eighty-six percent receive daycare services, allowing parents to work knowing that their children are well cared for and nourished.
Preschool
At La Loma de los Chiquillos, we are part of the state education system and work to strengthen each child's identity from birth.
During the critical first five years of life, we nurture respect for others and a sense of community.
We focus on inspiring a love of learning, not just on teaching facts.
Since the Child Development Center opened, we have supported more than 800 families in San Miguel de Allende and the surrounding area, building relationships that transform lives from childhood onward.

Baby library
We are currently working toward more than 34,000 storybook loans to our students.
We have a dedicated area that strengthens reading habits and nurtures a love of books from an early age. We select books for each age group and offer a lending program so children can take stories home and continue the adventure with their families.

Early stimulation
In our early stimulation area, students take part in activities suited to their age and stage of development.
Every game, activity, and routine has a clear educational purpose: to support well-rounded development, respect each child's pace, and build on their abilities.
Through this thoughtful, structured support, we work toward a fundamental goal in the early years of life: strengthening children's personal independence.
We want every girl and boy to recognize themselves as capable, confident, and valuable, and to discover—from their first steps—that they can think, decide, and act for themselves, in an environment that cares for, guides, and celebrates them.
Nutrition
During their time with us, children receive a balanced diet designed around their nutritional needs.
Our nutritionist carefully supervises the entire process in coordination with the cook and kitchen team.
Every dish is prepared with dedication, attention to detail, and love, with our students' well-being in mind.
We have also improved our menus by including fresh produce grown in our school garden, under the nutritionist's supervision.
Dining Area
We have two well-organized school dining rooms, supervised by nutrition professionals who adapt each child's meals to their stage of growth.
This service follows Mexican Official Standard NOM-032, which regulates social assistance services for children and adolescents, ensuring appropriate, safe, and high-quality care.
School Garden
Growing and caring for the school garden is part of our students' everyday activities.
Through this experience, we encourage curiosity about the environment, habits of care, and active environmental awareness.
As they plant and watch life grow, they learn about topics such as energy, water, air, landscapes, natural resources, and wildlife.
The garden does more than feed: it educates, connects, and transforms.
Our school
Students, teachers, and families are the heart and soul of our school.

Alongside core subjects, our children take art, music, and English classes that develop creativity, sensitivity, and a global outlook.
Each classroom has a library space, with books within easy reach, so that the love of reading becomes a daily, free, and spontaneous experience.

I sought out CDI services when my daughter was just 43 days old, recommended by a midwife. At the time, I had a job with long hours and low pay. Today, I'm an educational assistant at CDI, and two years ago I was given the opportunity to join the CASA team. I'm very happy because in addition to having a job, I've received scholarships to finish high school and certifications that will help me become a bilingual educator. I started in the infant care area, learned a lot, and learned all the areas of the daycare center, where I continue to learn. After my first year, I received a significant raise, and I'm grateful that CASA values its employees, gives me a secure job, and my five-year-old daughter is enrolled in daycare and is in her last year of preschool.

I've known CASA for over 10 years, and when I found out I was pregnant, I didn't hesitate to apply for a place for my son. I decided to enroll Santiago at the "La Loma de los Chiquillos" daycare center at 43 days old because, as a working mother, I knew this was the right place for his care. The food has been excellent, with a nutritionist who ensures he receives the right nutrition for his age and cooks who follow strict hygiene standards. Regarding his education, I really like how they organize the activities, including a garden, a library, music, etc. It's gratifying to see all the knowledge he's acquired. Santiago has completed all three years of preschool at this daycare center, and I'm very happy with the services and the work of the teachers and management.
