Early Reading Program:
“Love Books”

At CASA AC, we are proud to introduce our Early Reading Program: Growing Up with Stories, a unique initiative nationwide that aims to foster a love of reading from childhood. This innovative program allows CASA AC kindergarteners to attend the CASA AC Public Library every day for reading and recreational learning activities.

Over time, we hope to expand this model and make it a national part of kindergarten reading programs, contributing to educational development from the earliest years of life. Our goal is for this program to be implemented in IMSS daycare centers, and we are working on a proposal for an official standard to support it at the government level, ensuring that more children have access to this valuable educational approach.

The impact of this program is measured not only in children's development, but also in the creation of a reading culture that transforms generations.

Through this effort, we seek to ensure that children grow up surrounded by stories that will accompany them throughout their lives, preparing them to be critical, creative individuals with a passion for knowledge.

In addition, we provide training and support to reading facilitators in each community, ensuring that the Mobile Library's impact continues beyond our visits. We support teachers, volunteers, and families in the process of creating spaces where books are accessible and a part of the community's daily life.
