Gang Rancher

Its goal is to reduce rates of violence and substance abuse among young people through hip-hop culture, promoting peace among neighborhoods and communities.

Young people are at the highest risk of being victims and/or perpetrators of violence. Hip-hop is a culture that promotes respect, unity, and peace.

Ranchero Pandillero has a recording studio and an art studio where young people can express themselves freely and continue to grow the peace movement.

Its meaning comes from two words that are used in society in a discriminatory way such as "Rancheros" and "Pandilleras"

Rap and Hip Hop

The rap collective starts in August 2017 with a small group of young people who share a passion for music, writing, and common experiences, promoting peace with conscious messages through rap and hip hop.

What does the rap collective do?

The team is always on the lookout for new talent and supports young people seeking to develop as artists.

Our recording studio is a space that provides safety, preparation, inspiration, and creativity.

Musical composition workshops

We teach to teenagers to create their own compositions from scratch in schools, neighborhoods, colonies and communities with musical shows and Rap and Hip Hop workshops

Recording studio

The doors are open to any artist regardless of musical genre.

It's free for members and is available to the public at a low cost.

We prevent violence

Helping to reduce the rates of violence and addiction experienced on the streets and in the communities of San Miguel de Allende.

We promote local talent

We use the most important pillars of Hip Hop culture (Graffiti, DJ, Break dance and rap) to promote talent and channel the energy of teenagers into creative, positive activities promoting the message

 “MORE LINES, LESS FIGHTS.

Graffiti

The Graffiti Collective was founded in May 2018 with artists from different neighborhoods and unique styles. With the intention of supporting young people in escaping a violent environment and finding a way to express themselves, several members began illegally painting wagons and now support the Ranchero Pandillero program by painting murals throughout San Miguel de Allende, conveying a positive message.

We paint murals all over San Miguel de Allende
giving a positive message.

We reduce violence and addiction among young people by promoting peace through art in communities and neighborhoods of San Miguel de Allende, developing their artistic and creative skills.

Since 2018 to date, the group has supported CASA and its programs by developing different IT campaigns.

Art Studio

The art studio was inaugurated on July 23, 2018, with the intention of providing young people with a place to paint, offer workshops, hold meetings, and plan new art-related projects.
