May 17-24, 2020 Births

World Respectful Birth Week arrives at one of the most difficult times humanity has ever experienced: the COVID-19 pandemic has completely changed our lives, but it has also disrupted birth protocols.

In the midst of this crisis, we insist on the importance of continuing to follow the World Health Organization's guidelines to ensure mothers have a safe birth, following the necessary preventive measures, but without neglecting the rights of mothers and babies.

Respected Births of the Week

This week we want to congratulate and thank the mothers and fathers of these beautiful newborns for choosing us to deliver their babies. We hope their experiences were positive and that they will forever treasure this special moment of welcoming their children in a loving and respectful manner.

Thanks to Maripaz and her husband

For choosing midwife Gabriela C. to welcome her baby, this time through the voice of her midwife “Maripaz reminded me this week, where we celebrate respected birth, that every woman has her own rhythm and that when there is trust, a warm environment, the company of those she loves the most, things happen, each step forward gives its signs and sometimes the only thing left for us midwives is to admire.”

Erika and Abraham

From the beginning of her pregnancy she received care at the CASA Clinic, where she received all her consultations, ultrasounds and clinical tests. Then, during her delivery, she rediscovered her strength and took control. Finally, she welcomed her little daughter, accompanied by her husband, completely healthy.

Erika “Thank you for being part of the experience of bringing our daughter into the world.” I found the service to be excellent “for the excellent care, the methods used, and the professionalism.”

Everything is excellent, congratulations and thank you very much.

Every life is worth the same

A respected or humanized birth is one that gives each mother and baby a process in which the decisions, well-being, and health of both are prioritized as protagonists, within a natural and respectful environment.

We congratulate these 4 new mothers for deciding to give birth at the CASA Clinic with midwife Ángeles.
