World Respectful Birth Week arrives at one of the most difficult times humanity has ever experienced: the COVID-19 pandemic has completely changed our lives, but it has also disrupted birth protocols.
In the midst of this crisis, we stress the importance of continuing to follow World Health Organization guidelines so that mothers can have a respectful birth, taking the necessary preventive measures without overlooking the rights of mothers and babies.
This Week's Respectful Births
This week we want to congratulate and thank the mothers and fathers of these beautiful newborns for choosing us to deliver their babies. We hope their experiences were positive and that they will forever treasure this special moment of welcoming their children in a loving and respectful manner.

Thank you for choosing midwife Gabriela C. to welcome your baby. This time, in her midwife's words: “During this week celebrating respectful birth, Maripaz reminded me that every woman has her own rhythm. When there is trust, a warm environment, and the company of those she loves most, things unfold. Each step shows its signs, and sometimes all we midwives can do is admire.”

She received care at the CASA Clinic from the start of her pregnancy, including all her checkups, ultrasounds, and lab tests. During labor she rediscovered her strength and took charge. Finally, with her husband by her side, she welcomed her completely healthy baby daughter.
