Graffiti Collective
The The Graffiti Collective was founded in 2018 by artists from different communities with their unique styles. With the intention of supporting youth to leave violent environments and to have an activity to express themselves, various members began by painting wagon cars, somewhat illegally. Now they support the Ranchero Pandillero program by painting murals throughout San Miguel de Allende with positive messages.
Since 2018 until now, the Collective has support CASA and its programs with the elaboration of a number of information campaigns.
The mural commemorating ‘Birthing Labor’ for Mother’s Day 8M, in collaboration with the CASA Clinic and Elegir program.
The mural ‘Little legs of Humanity’ to give voice to the rights of animals and make visible the violence and mistreatment of them.
We reduce violence and addictions among youth by promoting peace through art in communities and neighborhoods of San Miguel de Allende, developing their artistic capacities and creativity.
ART STUDIO
The art studio is a free space for all who seek to express themselves.
The Art Studio was inaugurated on the 23 of July of 2018 with the intention of providing youth with a space to paint, offer workshops, have meetings and plan new art projects.
